1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Selah ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Brandon Bedford, doing business as Selah ("we," "us," or "our").

2. Description of Service

Selah is an AI-powered brand deal pricing advisor designed to help content creators estimate rates for brand partnership deals. The Service analyzes brand messages and creator profiles to generate suggested pricing — not financial, legal, or business advice. All output is informational only.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Selah. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users found to be under 18.

4. Account Access

You may create one account per person. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

Selah offers a free tier and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are processed by Creem, who acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. By purchasing a paid plan, you agree to Creem's terms of service and privacy policy in addition to these Terms.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time via your account settings; access continues through the end of the current billing period. We may change pricing at any time with reasonable advance notice. For refund information, see our Refund Policy.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: reverse engineer, scrape, or copy any part of the Service; use the Service to harm, deceive, or defraud others; create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits; use the Service to price, promote, or facilitate brand deals involving adult, obscene, or NSFW content; or use the Service in any way that violates applicable law. We reserve the right to terminate access for violations of these rules.

7. AI-Generated Content

Pricing quotes and rate suggestions generated by Selah are produced by an AI model and are provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute financial, legal, or business advice. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are solely responsible for any decisions made based on output from the Service. Selah is not liable for the outcome of any brand deal negotiation.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, technology, and underlying systems, is owned by Brandon Bedford d/b/a Selah and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all content you provide — including brand messages, profile data, and base rates. By submitting content to the Service, you grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the Service to you.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, or for any other reason with or without notice. You may cancel your subscription at any time via the account settings page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. For account deletion, contact us at [email protected].

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that results obtained will be accurate or reliable. During the beta period, the Service may be subject to downtime or significant changes without notice.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Selah's total liability to you for any claims arising from use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim. For free-tier users, this limit is $0. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts of California.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via email or a prominent notice in the Service. Your continued use of Selah after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
