Refund Policy

Merchant of Record

All Selah subscriptions are processed by Creem, who acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. Creem handles payment processing, billing, and refund fulfillment on our behalf.

Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your Selah subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain full Pro access until that date and will not be charged again.

Refunds

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. However, refunds may be granted in the following circumstances:

  • You were charged in error (e.g., a duplicate charge or a billing error)
  • You are entitled to a refund under applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction
  • You contact us within 48 hours of your initial subscription charge

Refund decisions are made at our sole discretion and processed by Creem. Users in the EU may have additional rights under local consumer protection law.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at [email protected] with your account email and a brief description of the issue. We respond to all requests within 1 business day.

Annual Plans

Annual subscriptions (Pro Annual and Founding Member) are billed once per year. Refund requests for annual plans must be submitted within 48 hours of the charge. After that window, refunds are not available — but you may cancel at any time to stop the next renewal.
